Omschrijving
PAND met gepleisterde gevel onder rechte houten kroonlijst. Parterre voorzien van houten winkelpui, drie verdiepingen met schuifvensters in eenvoudige omlijstingen en dwars geplaatst zadeldak tussen puntgevels. Het in oorsprong 16e-17e eeuwse onderkelderde huis heeft een keldertrap uit de bouwtijd met hardstenen platen op de treden. De kelder met tongewelf wordt verlicht door een vloerluik nabij de voorgevel. De begane-grond bezit een vloer van eiken delen en een zoldering met moer- en kinderbalken. Spiltrap uit de bouwtijd. In de moerbalk boven de spiltrap een getoogd kalf. Op de eerste verdieping een balkenzolder met moer- en kinderbalken en sleutelstukken. Description
PROPERTY with rendered facade under straight wooden cornice. Ground floor provided with wooden shop front, three storeys with sash windows in simple surrounds and transversely placed gabled roof between pointed gables. The originally 16th-17th-century undercellared house has a cellar staircase from the construction period with hardstone slabs on the steps. The cellar with barrel vault is lit by a floor hatch near the front facade. The ground floor has a floor of oak boards and a ceiling with principal and secondary beams. Spiral staircase from the construction period. In the principal beam above the spiral staircase an arched calf. On the first storey a beam floor with principal and secondary beams and keystones.
