Omschrijving
Huis met zadeldak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan de gepleisterde lijstgevel, die een kroonlijst met triglyphen draagt en een eenvoudige vroeg XIXe eeuwse ingangsomlijsting bezit.
De kap dagtekent uit de tweede helft van de XVIIe eeuw. Het huis behoorde tot het Begijnhof, Maria Graf geheten, gesticht in de XIIIe eeuw, in 1581 in Franciscanessenklooster veranderd en pad in 1802 geconfiskeerd.
Ook de huidige Ned.Herv.Kerk en Bagijnenstraat 5 behoren tot het oorspronkelijke Begijnhof. Nr. 1a-3 was oorspronkelijk de rectorswoning.

Description
House with gabled roof whose ridge is parallel to the plastered cornice-topped facade, which bears a cornice with triglyphs and a simple early 19th-century entrance surround.
The roof truss structure dates from the second half of the 17th century. The house belonged to the Begijnhof, called Maria Graf, founded in the 13th century, changed into a Franciscan convent in 1581 and confiscated in 1802.
The present Dutch Reformed Church and Bagijnenstraat 5 also belong to the original Begijnhof. No. 1a-3 was originally the rector's residence.
