Volgens kadaster en huisnummering zelfstandige eenheid, die echter met het buurnummer nr 16-17 deel uitmaakt van wat zich vertoont als een bouwlichaam.
Monumentaal HOEKPAND Naaierstraat. Gerend pand (XVII ?) van parterre en verdieping met hoog zadeldak tussen puntgevels.
De linker puntgevel heeft overblijfsels van trappen; de rechter heeft van de trappen alleen de onderste dekplaten bewaard. De gepleisterde gevels hebben ten dele Empire-schuiframen. Stoep met hek.

Monumental CORNER BUILDING Naaierstraat. Rendered building (17th century ?) of ground floor and upper storey with high gabled roof between pointed gables.
The left pointed gable has remnants of stepped gable; the right has only the lower step coping plates remaining. The plastered facades have in part Empire sash windows. Stoop with gate.
