Omschrijving
"De Roos", huis onder zadeldak en met trapgevel, eind XVIe eeuw. Vensters onder vlakke togen en met zandstenen kozijnen. Toppilasters op kraagsteen. Deur met hardstenen rondboogomlijsting en bovenlicht. Pui met luiken. Deur uit gedeeltelijk oude opgeklapte eiken kraalschoten waarop versierd ijzeren slotwerk (omstreeks 1600); cartouche-ornament en balustertjes. Inwendig: voorhuis, op de verdieping resten van zolderbeschildering (XVIIe). Thans als Oudheidkamer in gebruik.

Description
"De Roos", house with gabled roof and stepped gable, late 16th century. Windows under flat arches and with sandstone frames. Top pilasters on corbel. Door with hard stone round-arch moulding and fanlight. Facade with shutters. Door made of partly old hinged oak beaded boarding with decorated iron lock work (around 1600); cartouche ornament and small balusters. Interior: front room, on the upper storey remains of ceiling painting (17th century). Currently in use as an Antiquities Room.
