In oorsprong 18e eeuwse, eenvoudige boerenwoning gesitueerd op de hoek Handvastwater/Exterpad, met dwars voorhuis met verdieping onder met pannen gedekt tentdak; beneden en in de zijgevels zesruitsschuifvensters, op de verdieping voor twee twaalfruitsschuifvensters. Achtergedeelte nog gedeeltelijk van hout en met goot op klossen, overigens latere bakstenen muur met twee T-vensters, onder pannen zadeldak.

Description
Originally 18th century simple farmhouse situated at the corner of Handvastwater/Exterpad, with transverse front wing with storey below covered with pantile tent roof; below and in the side facades six-light sash windows, on the storey above two twelve-light sash windows. Rear part still partly timber-built and with gutter on brackets, otherwise later brick wall with two T-windows, below pantile gabled roof.
