"Fort Crèvecoeur". Schans aan de uitmonding van de Dieze in de Maas, aangelegd in 1587 door de graaf van Hohenlo en gewijzigd in 1735. Het fort was een belangrijk onderdeel van de Zuiderwaterlinie.

"Fort Crèvecoeur". Fortification at the mouth of the Dieze into the Meuse, constructed in 1587 by the Count of Hohenlo and modified in 1735. The fort was an important component of the Southern Water Line.
