Boerderij (XVIII ?), gelegen op het terrein van het Huis Kernhem. Rechthoekig bouwlichaam onder een hoog zadeldak tussen puntgevels met vlechtingen en staafankers. De vensters in de voorgevel hebben geschilderde luiken.

Farmhouse (18th century ?), located on the grounds of Huis Kernhem. Rectangular building volume under a high gabled roof between pointed gables with timber-framing and rod anchors. The windows in the front gable have painted shutters.
