HOEKPAND Maartensgat. Groot woonhuis uit XVIII B. Omlopend schilddak, gewijzigd. Voorgevel: deuromlijsting met pilasters en twee Lodewijk XVI deuren. Kroonlijst met gesneden koppen.
Stoep met balusterhek.
Schuiframen XIX A. Links en rechts geven getoogde poortjes met blokken in de omlijsting toegang tot het souterrain.
Kanonslopen voor de hoeken.
Fraai gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

CORNER BUILDING Maartensgat. Large residential building from second half of 18th century. Surrounding hipped roof, modified. Front facade: door surround with pilasters and two Louis XVI doors. Cornice with carved heads.
Step with baluster railing.
Sash windows first half of 19th century. Left and right arched gateways with blocks in the surround provide access to the basement.
Cannon loops at the corners.
Fine building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of antiquarian value.
