Omschrijving
PAND met statige lijstgevel met verkropte kroonlijst met gesneden fries, waarin jaartal 1709 en consoles. Parterre met drie verdiepingen.
Fraai gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.
Zie tevens de overwegingen bij het Koninklijk besluit no 10 van 25 februari 1978 inzake de plaatsing op de vastgestelde lijst, waarin is bepaald dat van het pand alleen het verhoogde, ca. 5 meter diepe voorhuis zonder achterhuis, verbindingsvleugel en bijgebouw op de lijst wordt geplaatst, een en ander zoals op de tekening bij het besluit behorende is aangegeven.

BUILDING with stately cornice-topped facade with stepped cornice with carved frieze, containing date 1709 and consoles. Ground floor with three storeys.
Fine building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of antiquarian value.
