Aan de Voorstraathaven afgeknotte trapgevel, XVII, met rode banden in het metselwerk van IJsselsteen, geblokte ontlastingsbogen, muurijzers en roedenverdeling ca. 1800 en XIX A.
Gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
BUILDING with cornice-topped facade (second half of 18th century) with Empire sash windows.
On the Voorstraathaven a truncated stepped gable, 17th century, with red bands in the masonry of IJssel stone, relieving arches with voussoirs, wall anchors and glazing bars circa 1800 and first half of 19th century.
Building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological value.
