Achter het in 1908 aan de Phoenixstraat 50a opgetrokken Hervormd Rusthuis het "Oude Mannen en Vrouwenhuis", twee eenvoudige langgerekte vleugels van alleen parterre (XVIII), waarvan de zuidelijke langs de Schoolstraat loopt. Rechts een hoger gedeelte (XVII) met geblokte ontlastingsbogen.

Description
Behind the Reformed Rest House erected in 1908 at Phoenixstraat 50a the "Old Men and Women's House", two simple elongated wings of ground floor only (18th century), of which the southern runs along Schoolstraat. On the right a higher section (17th century) with rusticated relieving arches.
