Hoekpand Breestraat. Pand (XVII?) met gepleisterde zijgevel, waarin muurankers en Empire-ramen. Voorgevel (XIXA) onder lijst en met schuiframen. Achtergevel van IJsselsteen met vlechtingen. Hoog schilddak met dakkapel, achter aansluitend tegen puntgevel met vlechtingen.

Corner building Breestraat. Building (17th century?) with rendered side facade, containing wall anchors and Empire-style windows. Front facade (first half of 19th century) under cornice and with sash windows. Rear facade of IJsselsteen with brick-nogging. High hipped roof with roof dormer, behind adjoining to pointed gable with brick-nogging.
