Watermolen aan de zuidzijde van het park van Huis Eerbeek, achter restaurant van Zadelhoff. Molenhuis uit omstreeks 1860 met boogvensters en zadeldak. Nog geheel complete korenmolen en niet meer complete oliemolen in een molenhuis.

Water mill on the south side of the park of Huis Eerbeek, behind restaurant van Zadelhoff. Mill house from circa 1860 with arched windows and gabled roof. Still completely intact corn mill and no longer complete oil mill in a mill house.
