The Department's description

Two storey office block built in 1924, extended to rear in 1960. Walls of full height vertical glazing and infill panels between red brick panels, stone plinth rises over some windows and doors to form an architrave. The entrance is set in a large semi-circular recess, the bays on either side are three windows wide.
