The Department's description

Four storey mid/late 19th century building. Pitched slate roof, rendered walls with rusticated quoins and ground floor. Symmetrical frontage (except one ground floor window is a door) of 7 windows, wide central entrance with ornate framing to windows over. Demolished and replaced with modern apartment block.
