Evaluation
Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey.
Two storey Italianate style semi-detached houses with gabled bays with timber finials and single storey flat-roofed canted bays. Moulded plaster surrounds to windows & original timber panelled front door to side porch with recessed columns either side of door. Natural slate roof. It is a fairly common housetype in Belfast, despite retaining original windows.
