Evaluation
Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey.
1914 by James Scott. Roughcast villa with yellow brick chimney and art nouveau lights. Hipped Rosemary tiled roof. Original timber casement windows. Single storey bowed window to front with curved glass. Original front door & ironmongery. Despite retaining historic character, the original front facade has been altered with the addition of the two-storey right-hand bay and the house is a typical design of this area.
