Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey.
Built 1874. Two storey Italianate stuccoed semi-detached houses with side entrance porches. Two storey projecting bay to each house, both with paired timber 1/1 s/s windows to front. Part of the earliest development along Osborne Park. No 11 has uPVC windows to gable. No 13 is possibly divided into flats, modern conservatory to rear and original rear return has been replaced/altered with larger volume.
