Built 1873. Two storey Italianate stuccoed semi-detached houses. Projecting GF bay windows, paired timber 1/1 s/s windows with decorative surrounds. Side entrance porches with original front doors. Both houses have been extended to rear, No.27 has planning approval for large single storey extension (LA04/2020/1922/F).
