The Department's description

Derelict remains of a single storey gabled house with attic situated at the end of a short farm track off the Dunevly Road.

Front (NW) facade has remains of plain sheeted double timber door with four pane sidelight to right and segmental arch fanlight with floral pattern stained glass. To left of door is remnants of sliding sash and case window with horizontal and vertical astragals, with similar window to right.

Remnants of sliding sash and case attic windows high in both gables.

Small lean to extension in centre of rear, with various window openings to both extension and rear and remains of various modern style steel window frames.

Entire facade covered in plain render, with Bangor blue slates to the pitched roof and two rendered chimney stacks. Remains of cast iron gutter to front.

Gabled outbuildings attached to SW gable.

This house does not appear on the 1834 OS Map and may date from c.1840-50. The property appears to have been occupied when first surveyed in December 1970, but now appears to have been derelict for some years.
