Exterior description and setting
Part of a two storey gabled terrace at the N end of Main Street containing three properties.
This house (to the N side of the terrace) is single fronted.
The front (E) façade has a plain timber sheeted door with a plain fanlight to the left on the ground floor, with a two pane PVC window (made to resemble sliding sash and case) to the right. There is a single similar window on the first floor with another two similar windows above No.11 (No.9 has a ‘flying lease’ over its neighbour) (HB24/02/001B).

The writers were unable to gain direct access to the rear but observed that the property had been greatly extended (and appeared largely 'double gabled').
The roof is covered in Bangor blue slates with two yellow brick chimneys. Cast iron gutters and down spouts.
Historical information
A terrace is shown on this site on the OS Map of 1834, complete with the post office at ‘No.11’ where (assuming the terrace is as original as it appears) it remains to this day. A photograph dating from c.1910 (from the Green Collection) shows these buildings much as present, with the same sized door and window openings, however, the door of No.13 was at that stage encased with pilasters and a lintel and cornice, all of which has recently been removed.

Two storey terrace house of probable early nineteenth century origin which has recently lost its traditional window frames and has been greatly extended at the rear on a number of occasions.
