The building has been demolished and a single-storey dwelling has been built on the site
The First Survey card records:
'2/Sty house. Roof hipped & slated. Chimneys rendered. Walls rendered, lined & painted. Frieze at eaves. F/FL bevel quoins. F/FL string course with Gr/FL below channel jointed. Mld. & vermic Gr/FL quoins & bevel base. W. front in 2 bays. L/H bay - has 2 F/FL D/H windows, horizon. astrags. with decor. shoulder brackets below mld. pediment. Gr/FL below has recent & simplified oriel window., mld. sill. D/H windows, no astrags. plain parapet. On R/H a recess in Gr & F/FL Stys. 5/C arch head & bevel out & in band dressings to F/FL, carved head on keystone. Gr/FL has channelled & vermic. pilaster quoins. D/H F/FL windows in recess, horiz. astrags. 5/C arch head & mld. archivolt with decor. drops. Gr/FL entrance framed with 2 Ionic columns with side antae & architrave & cornice hood on 2 décor. brackets & with décor. panel in frieze. Behind & covered by columns is 2/leaf panelled door & plain fanlight approached by wide flight of 6 steps & mld. side kerbs curving out to mld. stone pier drums. R/H bay. backset about 12” has F/FL D/H window horizon. astrags., pilaster jambs & mld. archivolt & decor. keystone. Gr/FL has D/H window horizon. astrags. & decor. shoulder brackets below cornice hood.
S. front – has single/Sty oriel, eaves entablature with balustrade parapet, pilaster jambs & mullions, mld. sill. D/H windows, horizon. astrags. Backset N. extension has S/Sty shed roofed loggia. Good interior plaster. Outbuildings & recent additions & more in process of bldg.
Condition fair to poorish. Main W. front about 46 ft.
Suggest mid 19c.
