The buildings have been demolished and a modern apartment complex has been built on the site.

The First Survey card records:

'2/Sty block of 2 houses with attic. Roof slated, gable ends. Brick chimneys, yellow dentils. Walls – No 116 brick. No 118 grey r/cast. Dentilled yellow & red brick eaves cornice & frieze. Mld. base. 10 F/FL D/H windows. No 116 - no astrags. No 118 - horizon. astrags. Gr/FL has oriel - door - oriel - oriel - door - oriel. Oriels single sty. have pilaster jambs & mullions with entablature & blocking course. Windows D/H - No 116. no astrags. No 118. horizon. astrags. in one oriel & recent sashes in R/H oriel. Doorways framed with pilaster jambs, entablature with consoled cornice & blocking. No 116 infill has 3 pane fanlight, centre margin panes, 2 pane sidelights & flush panel door. No 118 - infill has 3 pane fanlight, sidelights panelled apron & panelled door. No 118 has 2 recent square dormer windows.

Condition fair. Frontage about 80 ft.
