The Department's description

The house has been demolished and a modern two-storey dwelling constructed on the site.

The First Survey card records:

'A symmetrical fronted 2-storey house gabled roofs and a steep gabled breakfront containing the entrance below a Georgian-pattern round headed window. Corner windows to each end of the front façade. Small paned windows but all original windows now replaced by plastic windows.
