Formerly a pair of detached late-Victorian three-bay two-storey symmetrically-arranged houses, located on the Demesne Road in Holywood. That to west has been demolished and is currently a gap site. The remaining house to east has an inappropriate modern two-storey extension. Apart form the loss of its pair, the house is a common type of a late date and not one of the best examples.
