The Department's description

Demolished and replaced by a 'business park'.
Described in the first survey in 1972 as "A late 18th century two-storey, eight bay rendered house with attics. There are three dormers on south side. Windows are 12-pane arched. A tall segmental-faced single storey front to east has glazed doors flanked by tall plain sashed windows. Lozenge-paned windows to outbuildings. Noteworthy plasterwork in interior."

Precise date of building not recorded but it appears on the OS map of 1832. Described in the first survey of 1972 as "late 18th century; enlarged c 1850". The building stood in the area of a monument, SMR no ANT 140.
