A symmetrical two-storey three-bay mid-terrace house, forming part of an early nineteenth century terrace, located on the west side of Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. Altered and extended to rear, the original character has been compromised. The building is not considered to be amongst the best examples of its type.
