This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. An early nineteenth-century century two-storey mid-terrace house, located on Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. Modified and refurbished in recent years, the front elevation has been altered with the repositioning of the entrance and fenestration.
