Exterior description and setting
A cow tail closed head lever type pump with a plain spirally decorated column and a fluted cap with an acorn finial. This is a modern replacement for an earlier pump on the same site. It is located in a garden at the junction of Shore and Feumore Roads.

This cow tailed water pump has lost its association to the road junction that it must have served. It is now facing into a hedge and has been incorporated into a garden.
