The Department's description

A former single-storey two-bay gate lodge to Seapatrick House, Banbridge. Hipped roof and rendered walling with corner pilasters and moulded architraves to openings. Now demolished.

The First Survey card records:

‘c.1865. a single-storey lodge with rendered walls and slated roof. D/H windows with g.b. and entrance are enclosed in square moulded architraves. clasping pilasters at corners rise to plain frieze with wide eaves soffit over. 30’ frontage. Seapatrick house has been demolished.
