The Department's description

Exterior description and setting

A two-storey three-bay house built c.1840, located on a low site below the level of the Banbridge Road, now demolished.

The First Survey card records:

‘Pre 1860. A two-storey, three bay, rendered house with raised surrounds to Georgian-glazed sash windows, 12-pane below, 9-pane above. The central entrance is recessed in an elliptical-arched opening with panelled door, slim pilasters and hooped fanlight. Two storey return with hip at transition, gable to north.
