The Department's description

Exterior description and setting

Terrace of three two-bay/ two-storey houses. Asbestos slate roof, rendered chimneys on party walls, metal rainwater goods, cement render walls, modern reproduction doors, top hung modern windows.

Historical information

These buildings are shown on the 1835 OS map and recorded in the 1835 valuation. All are described as 2.25 storeys high in the 1863 valuation.
