The Department's description
Exterior description and setting
A one and half storey/ three bay farmhouse facing south.
Roof is gabled and has natural slates. Four equally spaced cement rendered chimneys. Three gabled dormers (with pinnacled fretted bargeboards) to façade and slated modern extension to rear. Cement rendered walls.
South elevation has off-centre porch towards right end of middle bay; rendered and decorated with pebbles. Each bay has a 2/2 sliding sash window to ground and to first floor, all in line.
Historical information
A building is shown on this site on 1834 OS 6” map. It was probably raised or rebuilt in the later 19th or early 20th century.

Evaluation
Although an attractive farmhouse, the rear extension and modern front door removes much of its original character.
