The Department's description
Exterior description and setting
Single- storey/ three-bay farmhouse facing east. It has a coped gable roof in red painted corrugated metal with a single off-centre chimney in concrete brick.
The walls are of whitewashed random granite rubble. There is also rubble stone buttress on the façade of the left bay. At right end of central bay is a projecting porch with metal windows on each cheek and flat concrete roof. There is a single window to each room on the façade: the bays at left and right each have a 2/2 sliding sash window, and the middle one a 6-paned fixed window.
The remaining elevations have no features.
Historical information
A building appears on this site on the O.S. 6 map of 1834 (sheet 53). It has probably been extended to the right and the porch is a more recent addition.
