The Department's description

A small 3 bay wide, single storey gabled and slated hall with small back return.

The elevation to Springhill Road consists of 2 shuttered vertical windows and 1 sheeted door, all square headed, painted black. Wall, harled and painted a light ochre colour, ½ round gutter, single downpipe, natural slated roof. Gable walls similarly treated, windowless. Rear wall has a back return, ½ length of building built in unplastered concrete block with shallow lean-to corrugated iron roof with tall chimney stack in one corner. The hall is on the east side of the Springhill Road and set back a few metres from the side of the road.
