The Department's description

A 2½ storey 5 bay wide terrace building with basement.

At ground floor 2 centred panelled doors, top panels glazed with cornice canopy over. On each side 2 vertical windows with square label mouldings. At 1st floor 5 no. similar windows. All windows boarded up. Above the 1st floor window heads a continuous moulded stringcourse carrying an ogee gutter on top and receiving a series of short downpipes from roof. At eaves level 4 no. gable dormers with vertical windows, 2 pane, upper one top hung. A corbel course under eaves with ½ round gutters, roof natural slates with gable chimney stack and another off-centre on the ridge. Walls smooth rendered and painted.

No. 9 is the last house in the terrace ending in a gable. The houses continue the building line of No.s 1 and 3 and has walled front garden.

The buildings probably erected at the end of the 19th cent. They are indicated on the O.S. Map of 1904.
