The Department's description

A 2½ storey 2 bay wide terrace house.

A narrow frontage, at ground floor panelled door with pilasters on each side, a narrow vertical strip of painted wall, a 3 pane fixed window (narrow vertical panes) with a small opening vent, pilasters on each side. Over door and window a name fascia with cornice minus name. At 1st floor 2 double hung sliding sash 2 pane windows widely spaced and above a wide gabled dormer with 2 small 2 pane windows (top pane opening vent). Dormer breaks eaves line. Slated roof with brick chimney stack at end of ridge. 2 short lengths of ½ round metal gutter and 2 downpipes. Wall brickwork unplastered but painted. The house has a basement.

House part of terrace of 3 within a longer terrace.

Houses probably erected towards end of 19th cent. Recently renovated.
