This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A late 19th century, small single-storey building. A pyramidal roof and central chimney, black stone walls with yellow stone lintels, boarded up windows. The building has been demolished and replaced with a small garage.
