The Department's description
Exterior description and setting
Little remains of this mill except the wall supports for the mill wheel and the mill race which runs along the side of the glen. There is another mill indicated on the O.S. map further downstream but tit could not be identified.
There are, interestingly, 2 mill races running along the glenside.
Historical information
This mill is indicated on the O.S. Map 1830 rev. 1905 Londonderry sh. 30 and maybe contemporary with HB02/05/018A.
