Exterior description and setting
A two storey three bay wide, gabled and roughcast rendered house.It hasa painted finish with clasping plaster quoins, PVC windows and a central chimney on each gable rebuilt in red brick. It is roofed in asbestos slates and has metal gutters and downpipes. House and boundary wall appear recently renovated spoiling its former character.
Historical information
House is shown in this location on the OSS 13 1830. Described in first survey of 23 May 1972 as: ‘A two storey three bay roughcast house with yellow brick chimney on either gable. The door is surmounted by a plain rectangular fanlight, windows are 12 pane sashed’.

Evaluation
A farmhouse building of simple and austere proportion when surveyed in 1972. Still austere, much of the historical detail has been lost in subsequent renovations.
