The Department's description

Single storey redbrick building L shape in plan with an entrance in a sunken courtyard enclosed by a double garage. 1980’s decoration to windows stained glass, pvc frames, arches odd shapes, and applied G.R.P. columns. Original entrance piers remain.

Built in 1972 by McAllister Armstrong & Partners and architects of Aldergrove Airport. A timber clad building it has recently been reclad in redbrick where the opportunity has been taken to revise all external window openings. Present occupants have lived in the house since 1992 and been responsible for the renovations.
