The Department's description

Large two-storey four-bay stucco Italianate-style detached villa all on a plinth with a low pitched U shaped hipped roof. C. 1850. Rustication to ground floor with shouldered headed windows. Canted bays, off centred to North and South. String course and sill course. Segmental headed windows to first floor. Large 2 staged corniced chimneys.
Partial Survey Only - While of local interest, it is not among the best examples of the type and is not of sufficient special architectural and historic interest to merit listing.
