The Department's description

A former one-and-a-half-storey harled dwelling with slated roof, now demolished and replaced with a modern two storey house.

The First Survey card records:

A 1 1/2 storey harled and whitened cottage with slated roof and three brick chimneys. The panelled door with decorated rectangular fanlight is flanked either side by twelve-pane unrecessed sashed windows. Gable windows are six pane.
