A two-storey five-bay 'L' shaped stucco house set back from the Ballyarton Road behind cast iron railings on a low plinth wall approximately 4.4 km west of Claudy. While of local interest, it is not among the best examples of the type. It has been compromised by the replacement of its front door with a tripartite window and by a large uPVC conservatory extension to the east. It is not of special architectural and historic interest.
