A late 19th century detached two-storey three-bay rendered farmhouse and range of outbuildings located in a rural setting north-west of Loughermore Forest off the Monnaboy Road, Claudy. Inappropriate alterations include uPVC windows (altered openings), replacement doors, mineral fibre slates and uPVC rainwater goods, fascias and soffits. It has been much altered and is not of special interest.
