The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low-lying, slightly undulating landscape. The cropmark of a subcircular enclosure (dims c. 30m x c. 25m) is visible on aerial photographs (MM (43) 0-5). The cropmark ditches of a field system that is marked on the 1839 and 1940 eds of the OS 6-inch map are visible as single ditch features cutting through the site. Rath (WX047-137003-) is c. 130m to the NNE and enclosure (WX047-137002-) is c. 70m to the NE.
