The National Monuments Service's description

Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 60m) on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map and similarly on the 1924 ed. It is situated on the spine of a low N-S spur. It has been removed since 1973 (GSIAP, S 389/390) but is clearly visible on aerial photographs (MM (8) 2-8) as a double ditched cropmark enclosure (max. ext. diam. c. 60m) with an internal circular hut-site (diam. c. 10m). There is an annexe (dims. c. 30m E-W; c. 20m N-S) defined by a single fosse feature attached to the NE. The cropmarks are also visible on digital aerial photographs (WX036-013_1 to _7) taken in 2006.
