The National Monuments Service's description

Marked as a small rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 35m NW-SE; c. 30m NE-SW) on the 1839 and 1925 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and located just off the top of an E-facing slope. This is a small rectangular overgrown field, which probably served the farmhouse just to the NE as a haggard.
