The National Monuments Service's description

This is an oval granite boulder (dims 0.67m x 0.44m; H 0.33m) with a single basin (dims 0.36m x 0.24m; D 0.12m). A hole (dims 4cm x 2cm; D 2cm) has been bored in the outside of the stone but it does not penetrate to the basin. The stone was removed from the graveyard of Boolnadrum (WX010-013002-) and is now in the garden of a house at Ballyboy.
