The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in a shallow NE-SW valley with a stream c. 30m to the NW. This is the site of the parish church of Kilrush (WX010-007001-) within circular graveyard (WX010-007002-) defined by a stone-faced earthen bank. There was bullaun stone (dims c. 1.2m x 0.8m) with two basins set in the ground outside the graveyard at W, but it could not be found in March 2012.
